Flowamatic 47 Series Scale

Versatility and Precision for both continuous & batch applications

Flowamatic 47 Series scales are ideal where high accuracy is required and headroom is not critical. They are able to operate in flow monitoring or flow control modes for continuous runs, batch filling, or transfer operations. They can also operate in a specialized bagging mode. Through the choice of butterfly or clam shell inlet gate, Flowamatic 47 Series scales can handle virtually any gravity flowing powder or granular material.

Supplied with upper garner bin and lower surge bin

Accuracy within +/- 0.1% regardless of changes in material characteristics.

Can be directly controlled by Comptrol's MillView Yield Management software, and Allen-Bradley PLC, or a Windows NT based control system with any of Comptrol's SmartMill software interface solutions.

Optional air pressure and vacuum isolating lower gate (shown).

Rugged, virtually maintenance free butterfly gate mechanics.

Sanitary flow-through design.

Ready for use "out of the box", with flexibility that allows the scale controller to be moved from the scale to a remote location, for more convenient operation. The calibration processor is a separate controller mounted on the scale for ease of maintenance.
