HeadWeigh 15B Series Belt Scales

Accurate weighing of material flow discharging from belt conveyors!

The HeadWeigh 15B Series Belt Scales are designed to measure mass flow of dry solids discharging from a belt conveyor. They offer an economical and extremely accurate alternative to idler style belt scales. These scales require a minimum amount of headroom at the discharge end of the conveyor for feed rates up to 600 MT/hr.

The innovative design of the HeadWeigh 15B is superior to idler style belt scales. It is unaffected by belt tension, percentage of belt load, and belt material.

Integration into existing installations is straightforward due to a simple mechanical mounting requirement and a flexible control interface.

The controller provides a large selection of digital and analog I/O signals for discrete connection to PLC control systems. The controller can also communicate using many industry standard network protocols, providing ease of connectivity to plant wide control systems.
