is an SQL based data acquisition system for grain processors. It runs on the Microsoft Windows XP Pro platform and is fully networkable. It provides for production scheduling, monitoring and control of production operation, and full production reporting. The package is delivered with integration tools for all flow control and flow measuring devices in the mill. This includes grain scales, product and byproduct scales, macro-ingredient and micro-ingredient feeders. It also has the capability to integrate with PLC control systems to activate devices required to select source and destination bins plus any other machinery required for specific production runs.
